Terms of use

konoo collects concerts and live events in Thailand into one place. The listings come from the public pages of ticket sellers and promoters. We do not sell tickets, we do not run events, and we are not an agent of any promoter. When you press a ticket link we send you to the official seller; the purchase is between you and them, under their terms.

Every listing is checked, by rules and by hand, but dates, prices, venues and availability change without telling us. Before you pay for anything or travel anywhere, the seller's own page is the authority. We are not liable for loss arising from a listing that turned out to be wrong or out of date.

You can browse without an account. An account exists so your saved shows, followed artists and the social features work. Give accurate information, look after your password, and take responsibility for what happens under your account. You can delete it yourself at any time from profile settings.

Your posts, comments, reviews and ratings are yours. You give us permission to show them here, and nothing else. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or hateful, spam, tickets resold above face value, other people's personal information, or material you do not have the right to publish. Every post carries a report button, and we may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.

The site itself, its code, its design and the way this catalogue is put together, belongs to konoo. Event names, artwork, artist names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to refer to events that exist. If you hold those rights and want something corrected or removed, the contact details are below.

Do not scrape the catalogue at scale, attempt to reach other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service, or rebuild this catalogue as a competing product.

We may change the service and these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app. You can stop using konoo whenever you like by deleting your account, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes belong to the Thai courts. Personal data is handled under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA); the detail is on the privacy page.
