Delete your data

You can delete your konoo account and everything attached to it yourself. No request, no waiting.

Steps

  1. 1Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2Open the account menu in the top corner and choose profile settings.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and press delete account.
  4. 4Confirm in the dialog.

What gets deleted

All of it: the account and its email, your profile and photo, saved shows and the prices you recorded, artists you follow, posts, comments, reviews, ratings, your followers, and the log of what you did here. Rows are removed from the database, not flagged as hidden.

What stays: the concert listings themselves, which are public information from ticket sellers rather than anything of yours.

If you can't sign in

Email roysn@proton.me from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days. Sending from that address is how we know the account is yours.
